Apartment Rental Forms What Are The Necessary Personal Info That Need To Be Provided When Renting An Apartment?

What are the necessary personal info that need to be provided when renting an apartment? - apartment rental forms

My friends and I try to find an apartment near the campus rent, the landlord and asked us to fill out the forms, because we guarantee the full-time students. But the form it requires that both the guarantor and the guarantee for your spouse (that is, in principle, my parents), social security number, #, checking / savings account # license, etc., and I wonder if safe and necessary, all such sensitive information because there will be easily used for identity theft, too.

Yes, it is necessary. Basically, a co-signer sign the lease for the tenant as to protect. So, if you do not pay rent or damage to the left side of the square, they have someone to come later. If it is a reputable company (BBB or visit other local agencies to see if they have bad reports about them), then you should not worry about your information. This is necessary in order in a closed, secure the owner and his agents have kept access.

If you do not include any such sensitive information, do not expect, the owner wants you to rent. They credit or background of the signatories of the Partnership, and, finally, are also financially responsible if they flake on income.

All that is needed to verify your credit card. Do need to ensure that they are qualified signer.

I double-checked with their parents before them manage their agreement to your credit card.
