This site has to find a complete list of parts, hard to find. It is the last in the alphabet of each series (ie, the Baltic Sea and the Mediterranean Sea The Mediterranean Sea is difficult to find the role), with the exception of the footpath.

You have quite low ... Golden Avenue is the most difficult to find (two) on. Between my friend, me, my brother and his girlfriend, I think we have about 10 sheets AVE. That is a lot of McDonald's! :)
